Hello,
I am holding a Dr. Who party for my son's 9th Birthday this coming
Friday.
There will be 4 boys.
Does anyone have some good ideas for games? I already have in mind
doing a treasure hunt round the house and letting them decorate
cookies to look like ugly creatures, but that's not going to keep them
happy for a couple of hours!

I have also committed myself to turning our garden office into a
Tardis. Help!

Thanks,

Mary Ann

Pin the toilet plunger (gun part) on the darlik?
And what are you going to dress up as?

Oh that sounds fun :-)
I think they're on the cusp of being too old for traditional party
games, but if I can find some (like
the one you suggest) I think I can get away with it as they'll find it
funny.
Thanks.

Oh don't! I've only ever dressed up for one of his parties - the
pirate one, oh and the space one.

A variant of sardines: one child hides, and the others go looking for
them. When each searcher finds the hiding child, they squueze into the
same hiding space. Call it something like Tardis Hide and Seek.

Variant of Musical Statues. Thinking of the Weeping Angel Episode. Not sure
of the detail but maybe that will light a spark for you.

Those angels were scary. Great program though ;)
It's back on again soon.
