Well my eldest is off to senior school this September - that really makes me
feel old :-/
Hope James enjoys his induction sessions. Did you get him into a school you
are happy with in the end?

In a blink of an eye you'll be waving him off to secondary. :)

My eldest has just turned into a teenager.
My son has nearly finished his first year of secondary school. Time
has flown so fast! And he's getting an award on Friday - not a clue
what but am very proud of how he's done this year.

And #3 is beginning not to look like a newborn any more.

I remember reading (either on here or misc.kids, probably)
that you'll notice the "firsts" but not the "lasts".

I feel like I notice all the lasts. My baby's nearly 5 - she still
insists she *is* a baby :) - and I'm not particularly looking forward to
the final confirmation that I don't have a bunch of little children any
longer.

Didn't get the school I wanted so I will just have to 'make do' until I can
convince DH to send him private (he won't consider until he's 7).

My little boy looked so grown up :-)
